This page explains how www.robehive.in handles information you send us. The RobeHive shipping platform at app.robehive.in is covered by its own account terms.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, company, monthly shipment volume, service of interest and your message. To limit spam we also keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address, not the address itself.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to understand what sellers need. We do not sell your details.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our database with access limited to the RobeHive team.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry by contacting us through the form on the home page.
